Technical Support and Advice

We provide technical support by phone or email for all our services including software we develop for you and our products. We also offer advice and technical support for non-Kutana software, and general IT consultancy focusing on the legal sector.

  • Technical Troubleshooting - not just for software written by Kutana but for off-the-shelf products too, such as Microsoft Word and Outlook.
    We recently identified in 30 minutes the cause of a problem that had defeated in-house development staff for 2 days. The charge: £55.
  • IT Advice - we advise firms on all aspects of software and IT development.
    Draw on 15 years of experience consulting for some of the country's top law firms.

You can always find someone who will offer support, but how many will continue to assist you in finding a solution, regardless of the piece of software or hardware that caused the problem? We're ready to bounce ideas around and make suggestions on how you can solve your IT problems, whatever they may be. If we can't help, we try to point you towards someone who can.

Pricing

Support is charged at the same rate as development, £110/hr. Software development includes free bug fixes for 30 days. Our products include free support for 30 days.
